Rental Prices - Homes for Gay and Bi Guys on Gay Bi Men at Longboys Lodge
You can have visitors whenever you wish. Prices are given in pounds and euros, and you can pay rent in either currency. If you have a euro account you can pay by SEPA which should be free. 'Rental days' are from 12.01pm to 11.59am the following calendar day. A reservation deposit of £50 or €55 is required to hold the room or bed until you arrive. A security deposit is required on arrival, which for a bed is £150 or €165, or if you are taking a room is £250 or €275. Deposits are per person, and of course returned.
Rent is paid weekly in advance.
